For the Sirloin
Season the sirloin with salt, pepper, and seasoning sauce, before slicing into thin pieces. Pan fry on high heat, until medium rare.
For Dipping Sauce
Combine all ingredients into a mortar and pestle, or food processor. Blend until desired consistency for sauce is achieved.
To Serve
Slice the seared sirloin into thin slices.
Prepare a large platter with the sirloin in the center, and all the fresh vegetables washed and cut.
Twist noodles into bite-sized balls, and serve alongside a platter, with dipping sauce
