1. Bring Wagyu Striploin Marble6+ to room temperature, then season with salt and pepper and grill to the level of doneness you prefer.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
3. Heat the beef fat in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat. Add the rice, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice is crisp-tender.
4.Toss all the rice ingredients together, season with salt and pepper to taste, and top with the sliced flank steak.
