Ingredients

Beef Marinade

  • 500 gm Beef Tenderloin
  • 4 Onion and Garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Freshly Grounded Black Pepper, to taste
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Paprika Peppers

Fried Rice

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Fresh Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Stock

Method

Kebab Cooking Steps

1. Mince onion and garlic before marinating with other ingredients. Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl, pour marinade over the cut tenderloin then seal the bag while pressing out excess air and massage the marinade over steak. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight will be great.

2. Preheat a grill over medium-high heat to about 425 degrees. Thread the cut tenderloin onto the skewers or shish.

3. Then place kebabs on the grill, turning kebabs occasionally until it is cooked. When grilling, make sure your grill is hot but no flames.

Fried Rice Cooking Steps

1. First, place the butter into a large skillet, add onion, bay leaf, followed by the rice and stock.

2. Drizzle everything with salt and pepper to the taste then cook until everything is heated through and turns a beautiful brown. Serve warm with Kebab.
