MLA Beef Salad

An aromatic salad, healthy and delectable at the same time. Try this dish and taste the succulent beef, perfect with sticky rice or a bowl of fresh vegetables.


300g Beef Tenderloin
1 tbsp Spring Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Thai Mint
1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp Shallot, sliced
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Rice Powder, toasted
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Lime Juice

Dried Chilli for garnishing


  • Pan-sear the tenderloin for 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of your cut.
  • Slice the beef into bite sized.
  • Mix all of the remaining ingredients.
  • Toss the sliced meat in the mix.
  • Garnish with dried chili. Serve with sticky rice and fresh vegetables.
