A simple meal, yet plainly delicious! Enjoy a juicy T-bone steak, baste with butter, garlic and rosemary. Served with preferred sides.


500g T-Bone
1 Lemon (optional)
1 Corn (optional)
75g Vine Cherry tomato (optional)
25g Fresh Peppercorn
20g Garlic
30g Rosemary
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Butter

Cooking Oil


  • Pre-heat cast iron skillet to medium heat.
  • Lightly rub salt on the T-bone.
  • Add oil and grill T-bone for 2-3 minutes for medium rare, 3-4 for medium, 4-5 for medium well and 5-6 for well done (adjust depending on the thickness). Baste with butter, garlic and rosemary.
  • Rest for At least 2 minutes and then serve with preferred sides.
  • (Optional) Grill lemon and corn on cast-iron for the sides.
